Hooray! I'm off the Plateau!
02 Aug 2013, 07:27
As a 'once a month' weigher, I was a little disappointed with the end of May and end of June results, but it now looks like I'm off the plateau and back on a downward journey

I haven't changed anything, just sticking to my Monday and Thursday 500 cals limit and eating normally the rest of the week - not over-compensating but certainly including including a few meals out and the odd take-away.

The progress is slow and steady and I'm really happy and will stick to this WOE because it does work, it is sustainable and for the first time in about 20 years, I'm beginning to believe I might reach my goal weight.

Keep at it people, it really does work!
Well done on hanging on in there!!! That's what I've got to do now because I seem to have found your ''plateau''. lol :clover: Sue
great news! congrats!
