Hi

I can't get it below 12 stone ish at the moment.

Does fat move around your body as you diet? Is it MOVED?

Another plateau anyway..... loads of walking, treadmill etc etc ....

NO its not muscle mass as my waist measurement isn't moving either. :cry: :cry:
