Have you got an Australian version of that list?!!

Sorry, no. :( Sugar free jelly should have a similar amount of calories the world over, though, I'd imagine. It looks like Australia uses a standardised format for the nutritional info on the packet, so maybe you could use the meals suggested as a guide and check the calories manually?

Thank you Perse, very useful.

MartinB, I am in New Zealand and have just downloaded an app for iPhones and iPads called 'Calorie Counter New Zealand - Easy Diet Diary'. I mention it because it's also applicable for Australia and/or there's a similar one out there giving us both details of foods available in both countries. It's really useful. Hope this helps. Good luck! Liz

Hi Liz

Is there a link for this app people can use if they are browsing the forum on their iPhone (also is there one for Android do you know? and to they have a website?). If you can find a link, could you post it in the Resources section of the forum where we have links to various calculators? Thanks so much...we need more resources for folks outside of the UK.

Hi Caroline

Yes, I'll do that. If people go to the website xyris.com.au which is the software company producing the app, they can then follow the links and download the app for iPhones. I think that's all that's available right now but the website gives a huge amount of dietary information. I hope this helps anyone anywhere but especially in my part of the World (NZ). Thanks for all that you do! Liz
